This is a character that I created for an animated short called "The Horrible". I did all of the work on this character. I modeled her and did all the texturing. I've done versions of it in both Mental Ray and VRay. I built the rig and did all the skinning and weighting. I did the cloth and hair simulations, though they are pushed a bit too far for their parameters in this demonstration.
